The ring wall is designed with two rows of windows featuring inward-extending tongue pieces, with 5 tongues per layer. This configuration optimizes gas-liquid distribution and maximizes the utilization of the inner surface. Constructed from metal, plastic, or ceramic, Pall ring packing offers high throughput, low resistance, high separation efficiency, and significant operational flexibility. It is available in three material options: metal, ceramic, and plastic.
Pall ring packing represents an advanced filler innovation addressing the limitations of the traditional Raschig ring. By incorporating eight layers of rectangular windows on the ring wall-with overlapping window blades at the center and alternating vertically-it enhances gas-liquid distribution and fully utilizes the inner surface area compared to the Raschig ring.
