ABS Single Hole Membrane Air Fine Bubble Diffuser Aerator for Waste Water Treatment
Single-hole membrane aerator is an important part of the BAF aeration system, which can provide the sufficient dissolved oxygen for aerobic microorganism. Single-hole membrane aerator is not affected by the differences between in-tanks and air temperature, nor by the filter height and bio-ceramic filter material porosity. Air bubble diameter is small, and distribution range is widely. Because the outlet design of aerator has a unique concave-convex structure, not easy to be blocked, not afraid of the heap pressure of bio-ceramic filter. Because of its special structure, it needs to be operated according to the relevant requirements in the installation and use.
Product Components
Single-hole membrane aerator is made up of ABS material, the main components are as follows: single hole rubber diaphragm, upper pipe clip, lower pipe clip, left fixed card, right fixed card, single hole membrane, fixed adjusting bracket and other components.
Installation & Others
1. In the BAF pool, at first, install filter plates, BAF- specific filter head, then install the single-hole membrane aerator and poured into the pebbles cushion (height of about 200m), the final, poured into bio-ceramic filter material. Avoid the pebbles cushion smashed aerator, and also to avoid the welding flames and heavy sharpener fall in the pool, damage pipes and aerator.
2. The product can not be pressure before installation, not stacked in the outdoors, away from the fire, to avoid damaged.
