Plastic Pall ring birth is aim to overcome Raschig rings wall flow, Internal channels are not easy to wet,Long gas return path and so on. Since birth, Plastic Pall ring was recognized the common random packing in mass transfer field. Widely apply in absorption, scrubbing and stripping field.Under the same operation condition, Plastic Pall ring's air velocity flux is 50% larger than the Raschig ring, and mass transfer efficiency is 30% higher. By minimizing the number of contours and crevices that can cause liquid hold-up and potential entertainment, Plastic Pall ring's opened cylinder walls and inward bent protrusions allow greater capacity and lower pressure drop than standard cylindrical rings.
