SS304 SS316 Imtp Metal Intalox Saddle Ring Random Filler Tower Random Packing
Rectangular Saddle Rings are a type of packing manufactured via continuous extrusion. Compared to Raschig Rings of the same material, they offer advantages such as high flux, low pressure drop, and high efficiency. With lower resistance, higher flux, better efficiency, and improved strength/rigidity compared to Pall Rings, they are the most widely used bulk packing. Applications include drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, scrubbers, and regeneration towers in chemical, metallurgical, gas, and environmental protection industries.
Advantages: High flux, low pressure drop, high efficiency
Applications: Absorption towers, cooling towers, scrubbers
Characteristics: Large void fraction
Properties:Rectangular Saddle Ring packing beds feature large void fractions and curved liquid channels, reducing gas resistance and minimizing radial diffusion during liquid flow. Their shape combines annular and saddle designs, optimizing liquid distribution and gas flow paths.
